Ad Hoc Team
A targeted, company-specific workforce delivery system is the ultimate goal, and an achievable one in Licking County. As part of this goal, Workenomics maintains an ad hoc team of partners to respond, case-by-case, to new and existing business workforce requests.
On a one-on-one basis, the Workenomics ad hoc team can be convened to meet with a company, listen to its particular workforce needs, and, through a single-source proposal, outline the technical assistance and financial incentives available to best meet those needs. A sample proposal would consist of assistance for worker recruitment, screening, testing, pre-employment training, customized training, and coordination of grant resources.
